Applications open for the PORTOJÓIA Design Award

The next edition of PORTOJÓIA – International Jewellery, Gold and Watch Exhibition, which takes place from 27th to 30th September, rewards, once again, design and innovation.

Competition is open for the 14th edition of the PORTOJÓIA Design Award, which this year will have as theme “The Need of Me”, in other words, “the cult of the self”, a look at today’s society, held hostage by the dictatorship of the image and of the exposure to social networks. The choice of this theme aims to encourage the transmission of values that will form consciences and the appreciation of the “self”.

The competition is open to all students and trainees of art, design and jewellery courses upon presentation of documents attesting to the fact. Find out more here.
